  17. The reason is that i have downloaded this and it will not load asking for
  18. BWCCENG.DLL. This was not supplied with the ZIP that i have and i have 
  19. been unable to ARCHIE a file that is larger than my 414,254 bytes, so 
  20. i assume this DLL was not supplied along with the many others in the ZIP.
  21. Is this correct.?
  22. Can anyone send me a BWCCENG,DLL.?
